Shipping Policy

 

We ship all orders via GoGo Xpress.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Available within Metro Manila only

  • Outside Metro Manila: Payment must be made in advance

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Delivery Time:

  • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

  • Provincial: 4–7 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

For COD orders, please make sure someone is available to receive the package. Failed deliveries (wrong address, unavailable recipient, or refusal) may result in order cancellation and possible restriction from future COD orders.

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video.
